CityWide Mosaic Small Group Leader Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Small Group Leader here at CityWide Mosaic! Group life plays a vital role as we find people from all backgrounds and immerse them in a transformative relationship with Jesus Christ. Leaders are called to love, lead, mentor, and encourage others to Christian maturity through community. 

We are NOT looking for perfect people; we ARE looking for people who know that spiritual maturity is a journey, and who are willing to help lead a few other people along the way.

Small Group Leader Selection Process:

  2. Submit your application below.
  3. Staff reviews application.
  4. Short interview with our pastors.
  5. Staff notifies you of the decision.
  6. Complete Small Group Leader Training.
If married, you and your spouse should both complete the application.
